Notification of Acceptance
Within 5 days of receiving your proposal/abstract or full paper, we will contact you for a notification of acceptance or rejection. If your paper is accepted, additional conference and registration-specific information will be included. All accepted papers/abstracts are double-blind peer-reviewed and will be published in our online conference proceedings. (Unless otherwise requested)
Selected papers will be published in the UCB Academic Journal.
Abstracts and full- length papers are published in our UCB editions: Book of abstracts: ISBN e-book and Book of Proceedings: ISSN e-book.
A selection of the best quality papers will be published in the UCB Journal.
The location for our June 2023 conference is University College of Business in Tirana, Albania. You may opt for in-person or online participation.

4. E-Presentation (Virtual Presentation)
The conference offers the opportunity for online presentation using www.zoom.us. The participants will receive more details about the online presentation upon their registration.
The virtual presentation should be sent via [email protected] five days prior to the date of the Conference.
Please bring your presentation on a USB flash drive.
Each presentation room will be equipped with a laptop and data projector for PowerPoint presentations.

Fees for the International Academic Institute 2023 Budapest Academic Conference are as follows:
The conference registration fee includes: participation at the conference, 20-minute time slot to present one paper at the conference, a printed copy of the conference program, the proceedings online, and admission to all receptions, coffee breaks, etc.
All attending conference participants must pay the registration fee and at least one author per paper must attend.
For the participants that cannot attend the conference, there is an opportunity for presentation of paper through an e-session. The fee of 50 EUR applies for the virtual presentations.
The conference registration fee must be prepaid.
