The objective of the bachelor and master cycle programs at the Faculty of Economics is to grow and develop, with the aim of becoming one of the most reliable in the country, in the qualitative preparation of specialists in economics. In fulfillment of this objective, the main directions or goals of educational, teaching and scientific activities, to The Faculty of Economics will be:

• To educate and prepare students in the field of economics in order to become “Leaders of thought and action”, specialists of relevant profiles of economics;
• To develop critical and creative thinking in order for students to contribute to the development of Albanian businesses and society on the basis of knowledge and professional and ethical responsibilities;
• To play an active role in the economic developments and processes of the country, giving priority to the achievement of European standards of higher education in the field of teaching and research.
• The dynamics of economic development, the growth rates of the number and size of businesses as well as the increasing complexity of commercial transactions have remained the main impetus in the design of diploma profiles and programs of the respective modules.

BSc in Economics study programs aim to create knowledge through teaching and research, to train senior specialists, to respond to the demands of the labor market, to train specialists for all professional fields in economics in positions : financiers, accountants, managers, economists, bankers, risk managers, insurance and pension, investment, stock market, financial institution, business computer and information technology experts.
