The University College “I Biznesit” (UCB) as a non-public institution of higher education, marks its beginnings of activity in the Albanian higher education system in the academic year 2011-2012 under the name “Professional Academy of Business” (UCB). The MTBP was born as an initiative of free enterprise, relying on the created conditions, as a real opportunity, to make a valuable contribution to the philosophy of Albanian education, with contemporary standards and with a clear intention to contribute. with seriousness and dignity the education of the younger generations as well as to contribute to the society of prosperity, well-being and development in sales.
APB is created in the rules of law no. 9741, dated 21.05.2007, “For higher education in the Republic of Albania (L)” and education has functioned in DCM no. 651, dated 14.09.2011 “On the license of the” Professional Business Academy “in the Institution of Higher Education.
By Order no. 3, dated 05.01.2012 of the Ministry of Education and Science (MES), APB is licensed to start teaching research activity and academic study programs in the given license, starting its academic activity at the beginning of the year teaching 2011-2012, in both its faculties (Faculty of Economics and Faculty of Law). In line with the vision and more strategic, UCB’s mission was chosen by the Higher Professional Studies with one as the main one, the College of Higher Professional Studies (KSLP), which started its activity by order of MASR Nr. 139 dated 23.03.2018, with two study programs.

The first institutional accreditation of UCB was done by Order of MES, No. 557, dated 16.11.2012, “On the institutional accreditation of the Professional Business Academy”, and periodic accreditation, with the Decision of BA no. 100 dated 10.11.2017 “On the Periodic Accreditation of the Higher Education Institution Professional Business Academy” today the University College of Business, as well as the accreditation of the partial institution, due to the opening of the College of Studies, by High Order Professional. of MASR No. 139 dated 23.03.2018 “On the opening of the main unit” Based on law no. 80/2015 “On Higher Education of Scientific Research in Higher Education Institutions in the Republic of Albania” and its mission.

All curricula started by the Faculty of Economics, Law and Political Science as well as KSLP at UCB, are accredited, and licensed.

UCB in these years of its activity, has grown both from a quantitative point of view and from a quantitative point of view. This has come as a result of:

experiences and activities of academic and professional establishment of the users of the Institution;

care in the selection of elite academic staff in the field of higher education;

rigor in adhering to academic and legal standards;

creativity in teaching processes;

various sound and functional structures with symbols;

building and consolidating a common climate and favorable academic culture for staff and standards, etc.

Thanks to the values, UCB has a name in the higher education market but also in the job market. He has so far graduated in economics of lawyers who are functioning in the function of their duties in many processes of central government, in the prime minister, ministry or other structures of local government. This year he graduated with a 2-year higher education program working in a job vacancy in the country. Both the public and private sectors have welcomed graduate students to the UCB study program providing over 90% of employment. They are pervasive and vulnerable to these working conditions in all its dimensions. This balance is observed both in the fact of the education process and in the expansion of the mission, seeing the degree of broad professionalism for the job application, such as those of the first cycle of Bachelor study, in the field of political science, information technology and . even those of the second cycle Master, diplomas which have given their verdict. By order of MASR no. 139 dated 23.03.2018 For the opening of the main unit “College of Higher Professional Studies” (KSLP), UCB offers a new innovation in the way of consolidating its values. Two basic units of KSLP, Department of Higher Administrative Studies and the Department of Higher Technical Studies, are representatives of the two main programs from the three profiles each. The first 2019-2020 graduates mark a new page in UCB’s history of youth safety with an incentive for new development. of UCB.Based on these foundations, wealth and didactic, valuese, academic, legal, structural, infrastructural, traditional and innovative, UCB works diligently fulfilling its mission, to be an increasingly attractive, competitive and elite institution in the education and employment market. Year after year, he has built very functional relationships with various private and state entities, national and international in order to educate and qualify his students but also to improve and update the curricula of study programs.
